Andrew Ellison

Director

Andrew has over 30 years experience in maintenance and construction contracting across Australia and West Africa, including seven years as Managing Director of Cimeco, and as a director of its parent company Forge Group.


His experience includes civil & concrete works, commercial building, structural mechanical and piping, tanks and electrical services. He currently also holds several other directorships including indigenous partner, PLWA Group. With wide experienced in every aspect of business management and contracting, Andrew’s focus at OPS is on business development strategy and assets management


Shane Czerkasow

Director

With over a decade of expertise in materials handling, Shane Czerkasow has developed an extensive background in equipment hire, sales, and tailored customer solutions. Since 2010, he has served as Managing Director of OPS Group, guiding its transformation into a major supplier of processing and handling equipment. His strategic focus spans marketing, business development, sales, and daily operations all areas in which he has implemented initiatives to support growth and operational excellence.


Shane’s approach is deeply customer-focused, with a commitment to providing seamless, end-to-end solutions that meet the unique needs of OPS clients. Under his leadership, OPS Group has expanded to offer a comprehensive suite of services, including equipment hire, engineering consultancy, and technical support, positioning the company as a reliable partner within the industry.

Philip Sweeney

Chief Financial Officer

Philip Sweeney brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in finance, management, and corporate governance. He has successfully led company secretarial, financial, and accounting functions, collaborating with key stakeholders such as company Boards, CEO's, and project managers. Philip’s proven track record in business change management has resulted in improved internal systems, high team cohesion, and enhanced business profitability.


Throughout his career, Philip has managed large-scale financial projects, including contract negotiations up to $200 million AUD and the implementation of ERP systems like SAP A1 and Microsoft Dynamics. His strategic oversight has provided decision-makers with real-time information, improved cost control, and better planning, ultimately boosting client satisfaction and returns for stakeholders.

Lee Corbett

Chief Executive Officer

With over 25 years of experience, Lee brings extensive leadership expertise spanning operations, engineering, project management, and the management of commercial and aftermarket teams within both national and multinational organisations. His career has included senior leadership, general management, and executive roles, providing him with a deep understanding of complex business environments in the minerals processing, mining, and construction sectors.

Throughout his career, Lee has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to positioning customers for success by delivering seamless, end-to-end aftermarket solutions. His extensive experience includes developing and leading strategies that improve equipment reliability, optimise performance, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
