Andrew Ellison
Executive Director
Andrew has over 30 years experience in maintenance and construction contracting across Australia and West Africa, including seven years as Managing Director of Cimeco, and as a director of its parent company Forge Group.
His experience includes civil & concrete works, commercial building, structural mechanical and piping, tanks and electrical services. He currently also holds several other directorships including indigenous partner, PLWA Group. With wide experienced in every aspect of business management and contracting, Andrew’s focus at OPS is on business development strategy and assets management
Paula Prescott
Chief Financial Officer
Paula is a finance professional with extensive experience in all aspects of financial management over 25 years across Australia, Europe and North America. With a proven track record in managing financial growth, she brings a broad range of experience to OPS with a solid foundation in financial management in construction, maintenance and engineering in both ASX listed and private companies.
Ben Suda
Chief Operating Officer
Ben is a highly accomplished executive manager with extensive experience gained in diversified services, projects, and capital equipment suppliers within the resources and industrial services sectors. He has a proven track record of success in leading complex operations, optimising organisations, and increasing profitability.
Ben’s leadership has earned him a reputation as a trusted and results-driven executive manager, known for his ability to inspire teams, cultivate relationships with stakeholders, and deliver consistent and sustainable results in challenging environments.
